The Rose Lehrman Art Gallery receives state arts funding support through a grant from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, a state agency funded by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency. |
The Rose Lehrman Art Gallery offers exhibitions of nationally and internationally known artists to encourage the understanding and appreciation of contemporary art. Exhibits rotate on a monthly basis. The grounds of the Wildwood campus have been designated an Arboretum and provide a beautiful setting for the arts.
The Gallery also hosts visiting artists for lectures and occasional workshops. Please call for schedule and to reserve a space: 717-780-2435.
The Rose Lehrman Art Gallery is home to HACC’s permanent art collection. Work in the collection includes ceramic vessels by Toshiko Takaezu, large porcelain figures by Chinese artist Li Chao and prints by Sue Coe. Student work is on display in cases along the main hallway of the Rose Lehrman Arts Center.
